Welcome to DraftGradr. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use DraftGradr.
DraftGradr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
DraftGradr is a personal scouting and grading tool for evaluating NFL draft prospects. Users can create custom player evaluations, build draft boards, and view aggregated community data.
DraftGradr is for informational and entertainment purposes only. All evaluations and rankings are user-driven opinions and do not constitute professional scouting advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use DraftGradr.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.
Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
By subscribing, you authorize DraftGradr to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at the start of each billing period.
Pricing:
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain Premium access through the end of your current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods after cancellation.
Please read this section carefully before subscribing.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed. There are no exceptions.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once premium access has been used (i.e., once you've graded more than 3 players or created more than 1 board).
No Partial Refunds: DraftGradr does not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Legally Required Refunds: Refunds will be provided only where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
By subscribing to DraftGradr Premium, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund policy.
You agree not to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
You retain ownership of all player grades, evaluations, notes, and draft boards you create on DraftGradr ("User Content").
By using DraftGradr, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, aggregate, and analyze your User Content for the purpose of providing community features (e.g., Draft Favorites consensus rankings).
Your individual grades remain private unless you choose to share them. Aggregated, anonymized data may be displayed publicly.
DraftGradr provides aggregated community data (such as Draft Favorites) for informational purposes only.
No Guarantees: We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of community data or rankings.
Not Professional Advice: DraftGradr is not a professional scouting service. Do not rely on community rankings as a substitute for professional analysis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraftGradr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of DraftGradr shall not exceed the amount you paid to DraftGradr in the 12 months preceding the claim.
DraftGradr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice and without refund.

DraftGradr may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform or via email.
Continued use of DraftGradr after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
