Why Should I Use ScoutGradr?

Scouting is hard.

The NFL Draft is unpredictable. Every year, teams invest millions trying to evaluate talent — and still get it wrong. That’s where DraftGradr comes in. We built this tool to give you real scouting power in your own hands. No noise. No hot takes. Just a simple way to evaluate prospects using the same core pillars real NFL teams do — film, athleticism, production, projection, and positional value. DraftGradr isn't just for experts — it's built for you. Whether you're a die-hard fan, fantasy GM, draft junkie, or someone who just loves football, this app helps you cut through the hype and scout smarter.

How We Calculate Grades

Each player receives a single, overall grade between 0–100. That number is the result of a weighted system built on proven scouting principles — fine-tuned to reflect how prospects succeed at the next level. Here’s what feeds into the score: We break down position-specific skills that show up on tape — things like route running, tackling form, pass rush timing, and more. Athletic Testing: Speed, explosiveness, agility, strength. Verified testing results can boost a player's evaluation if they test like a freak.
